Croyde village is within a short walking distance with a selection of traditional pubs, bars and bistros if you fancy dining out rather than eating in, but if you do decide to stay at home, the modern kitchen has all the amenities you’ll need for catering for your family.

Open plan lounge with two blue two seater sofas, LCD flat screen Smart TV with DVD player and Wii games console with selection of DVDS and Wii games.

Kitchen diner with a dining table at one end and a modern kitchen at the other, with a hob, electric oven, standalone fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and coffee machine as well as all the other essential kitchen utensils you need while self catering. The back door leads out to set of steps and an enclosed courtyard garden.
