It is conveniently located less than a mile from the beautiful harbour, beach, and a great selection of independent shops, pubs, cafes, and restaurants, which means you can park the car and reach all amenities when needed.  A popular café is just steps away, offering waterside dining, with a menu of local foods to sample.  Regular buses run from Seaton along this beautiful stretch of the coast enabling you to easily explore the region.

This contemporary light and bright apartment is part of a Grade II listed Georgian terrace, combining mid-century furniture with modern luxuries. Oak floors run throughout the open-plan living space. The kitchen is well equipped with a Bosch oven, ceramic hob, fridge with small freezer, coffee machine and washing machine/dryer. Sitting alongside the kitchen is an Ercol plank table and chairs, with a wicker pendant light. A comfy sofa, blanket and cushions ready to relax onto after a full day of walking or beach life.
