This apartment offers breathtaking views of Carbis Bay in a peaceful and relaxing retreat for couples, in a secluded location, just a short amble from gorgeous Carbis Bay beach.

The apartment has been recently renovated to a high standard, shades of blue and coastal hues enhance the open-plan living accommodation which provides all that you need for a perfect holiday, including a well-equipped kitchen complete with a Nespresso coffee machine.

The open plan living area houses a wall mounted plasma television which, with these views, you may not watch at all! There is the added bonus of a comfortable sofa bed and seating around the dining table for four guests. French doors open out from the living area to the glazed Juliet balcony giving you far reaching sea views from St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse and Gwithian Sands.

The stylish bedroom has a wall mounted television and, most importantly, a king-size bed with a luxurious Tempur mattress, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day exploring this stunning area of Cornwall. Just along the corridor is the modern shower room with its huge drench shower.

Outside, guests have use of the communal garden and garden furniture. From here, a private path takes you to Carbis Bay beach, just a few minutes’ walk away.

The apartment is located on the first floor, accessed via one flight of external steps

The sitting room has been thoughtfully furnished with holiday living in mind, the TV having the benefit of Netflix and the light and airy room opening onto french doors with a glazed Juliet balcony providing beautiful views across St Ives Bay and the North Cornish coastline. Conveniently, there is a sofa bed should this be needed.
Kitchen
A hand-built and painted oak kitchen, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine.
Bedroom
With a king-size Tempur bed and wall mounted television with Freeview.
Shower room
With a rain shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside:
Use of communal gardens with direct access to the coastal path.
Parking for one car.
