Step inside this truly stunning property and you will immediately find yourself in the spacious entrance hall with the fabulous feature of a wood burner. From here venture right and into the gorgeous lounge, a generously proportioned dual aspect room that boasts an original parquet floor and comfortable seating arranged around a Smart TV and DVD. This beautifully decorated room provides the perfect place to relax in style at the end of the day whilst enjoying views over the picturesque garden.

The next room takes full inspiration from the outside space, the elegant dining room which includes lovely garden-inspired decor, again overlooks the greenery and includes a door to outside meaning that you can enjoy a pre-dinner drink on the terrace just outside. Providing somewhere for children of all ages to relax and play, there is also a fabulous secondary snug/lounge with a further Smart TV, Xbox and a great selection of board games, which is located on the opposite side of the dining room to the main lounge. Further to this, you will then discover the beautifully presented kitchen/breakfast room which provides a great venue for more informal dining.

As with the rest of the house, the kitchen itself is also impeccably presented and includes a fabulous range of appliances and equipment including an electric range oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and a large American-style fridge/freezer with an ice maker. Just beyond this is the utility room with an additional fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, additional WC and a door leading to outside. Completing the offering on the ground floor, you will find the first of the beautiful bedrooms, a dual aspect room overlooking the garden with a double bed and an en-suite shower room with WC.

Head up the lovely light stairwell onto the first floor for the rest of the bedrooms, all thoughtfully presented in a fresh yet individual style and with most enjoying stunning views of the outside space. Accessed via a cosy bunk bedroom (top bunk suitable for children only) you will find a fabulously spacious bedroom that includes a king-size bed and a single day bed, which can be utilised with the neighbouring bunk bedroom to create a wonderful family suite.

Just along the hallway is another bathroom with a gorgeous freestanding roll-top bath with shower attachment on bath, separate shower and a WC. Next, you will find two further impeccably-styled double bedrooms and located nearby a lovely contemporary shower room with shower and WC, plus an extra WC next to this. A further double bedroom then boasts an en-suite shower room with WC, and beyond this, a spacious triple bedroom with three single bed is located beside another impressive bathroom with a further freestanding roll-top bath with shower attachment on bath, separate shower and a WC.

Venture outside into the huge, enclosed lawn garden where further highlights wait to be enjoyed. This wonderful vast area boasts long-established shrubs and trees, a pretty planted greenhouse with seating, a lawn badminton court area, child’s swing, and ample room for croquet, boules, relay races and ‘hide and seek’! The main seating area comprises a large, decked sun terrace with garden furniture and here you can relax and soak up the sun without having to venture any further than the front door. Keen chefs will also be in their element due to the inclusion of a pizza oven plus the brilliant feature of a BBQ lodge which enables outside dining throughout the year. Ample private parking is located directly outside on the driveway.
