This is a chic and unique property nestled along a private beachfront road, where the sand extends just steps from your garden. Take a leisurely walk along the beach from your garden or enjoy a paddle in the shallows and find a sunny spot to unwind during a lazy afternoon. The coastal village of Downderry is a much sought-after location on the Cornish coast with a beautiful shingle and sandy beach, some cafes, bars and a shop. The beaches at Seaton and Downderry are perfect for walking your four-legged friend all year round. Why not take a day trip to the nearby fishing villages of Looe (6 miles), Polperro (11 miles), Kingsands and Cawsands (both 9 miles)? Close by, you have the beautiful Mount Edgcumbe House and Country Park (9 miles) with walks and views for all of the family to enjoy. There are many other activities to do with The Eden Project (29 miles), and numerous National Trust properties all within easy reach. Or why not try an exhilarating day out for the whole family at the nearby Adrenalin Quarry (9 miles) or a trip to the Wild Futures Monkey Sanctuary (3 miles)?

Enter into this stunning beachfront retreat and into a wonderful entrance hall which leads you through to the large lounge/dining room with large windows that frame the incredible sea views. This room is stylishly designed with its natural interiors and plenty of comfortable seating including an inviting window seat allowing you to lounge in comfort whilst watching the ever-changing tides. Or perhaps snuggle in on the sofas in front of the Smart TV whilst watching all of your favourite programs. The dining area offers a seat for everybody in front of the wood burner and leads out to a separate sunroom complete with seating overlooking the garden. Off the lounge is a beautiful, modern, bright kitchen which is fully equipped to cook up a delicious meal, prepare a BBQ tea or pack up a picnic lunch for a beach day. The breakfast bar offers a lovely spot for a morning coffee whilst catching up on the news. Near the kitchen is a handy utility area with a downstairs WC. At the other end of the house are three bedrooms. The first is a sweet bunk room with a trundle, perfect for children, whilst the other two offer king-size beds, plenty of storage and breathtaking views out over the garden and the sea. The family bathroom completes this floor. Moving upstairs, there are another two equally impressive king-size bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. One en-suite boasts a bath, a separate rainfall shower and a WC, as well as views of the sea, and the other has a shower over the bath and a WC. The addition of skylights makes these rooms the perfect tranquil place to enjoy a lazy lie-in with the window open whilst listening to the waves.

Outside, you will find a large flat lawn with a gate and steps to the beach, outside furniture, a gas BBQ, and garden games including Jenga and football. There is also a small garden  room/summer house with an additional fridge and table football.
