Cloakroom with hand basin and WC. Door to rear garden.
Stairs to first floor:
Bedroom 1 with double bed (4ft 6in), black out blinds and storage.
Bedroom 2 with twin single beds (3ft), black out blinds, storage and glimpse of the boats in the harbour.
Family bathroom including bath with hand held shower, walk-in shower, hand basin and WC.

A pretty, enclosed garden laid to lawn with garden furniture.

Outbuilding suitable for storing bikes.
