Kitchen/dining room: Oil fired Rayburn cooker, plus an electric hob and oven. Tall fridge/freezer, Toaster, electric kettle, microwave.

Ground floor bedroom: With king size 5 ft double bed, bedside tables. Wardrobe.
*Door leading off this room to bathroom and Bunk bed room*
Bedroom 2: 3ft bunk beds and chest of drawers.
Ground floor bathroom: Slipper bath, hand held shower, WC and wash hand basin and towel rail.

Stairs to:

Lounge: with large windows and window seating, two sofas and an arm chair. Smart TV with Netflix.
Door to attic room.
Attic room: Futon and cushions, very reduced head room, perhaps only 4’6” high in centre.

Conservatory utility room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, sink. Access to garden.

Bedroom 3: With king size 5 ft double bed, bedside tables, shelving for clothes.
Bedroom 4: With double 4ft 6in bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers.

En-Suite shower room: Walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Please note: both the family bathroom & en-suite shower room can only be accessed via the adjoining bedrooms.

Accessed from the top floor, through the conservatory/laundry room, there is a small terraced garden with seating.
