Located in the village of Cawsand nestled on Cornwall’s South Coast next to the twinned village of Kingsand, both boasting stunning beaches and a selection of pubs and restaurants. A trip across on the Cremyll Ferry is a must to discover the foodie’s paradise that is the Royal William Yard or explore the Barbican area of Plymouth by catching the ferry from Cawsand beach. Nearby is the historic Mount Edgcumbe with its 865-acre estate, cafe and gardens. Attractions in the area include the National Marine Aquarium, The Eden Project, Adrenalin Quarry, The Monkey Sanctuary, the Ski centre and the fishing villages of Looe and Polperro.

Upon entering this first-floor apartment you will be met by the properties three bedrooms.
