Carbis Bay four bedroom pet friendly holiday cottage with sea views and parking, sleeps 8 with a huge upstairs living room with a sea-facing balcony, as well as a comfy snug with an electric fireplace where guests can enjoy complete relaxation.

The kitchen is equipped with a range of appliances, utensils and facilities to make home cooking hassle-free, and guests can share meals, boardgames and conversation around the table in the separate dining room.

The property’s bedrooms are on the ground floor and include a sunny twin, a generous double and two king size beds one of which is en-suite. Outside, the landscaped garden which lies to the back of the house has a decking patio which is furnished with a table and chairs making it ideal for alfresco dining and evening drinks.

For those who enjoy walking, the South West Coast Path lies within easy reach of the house. Stroll to Hawkes Point where the views over the bay are stunning. Porthkidney Sands lies close by with a mile-long beach which is backed by sand dunes. Nearby, St Ives is also easily accessible either by car, on foot or by train (about 3-minutes) so you can enjoy fish and chips on the harbour or a visit to the famous Tate St Ives.

Carbis Bay has a number of first-class restaurants so if you fancy eating out you can take your pick from spots like Adam Handling’s Ugly Butterfly, Walters On The Beach and The Hungry Gannet. Between Easter and October half term, the beach-based Ocean Sports Centre offers equipment hire and lessons so you can kayak, paddle-board and swim all day long. For a spoil, the Carbis Bay Hotel which is just down the road from the apartment, offers a range of spa facilities including treatments and pools.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £200 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
Pets: 2 pets allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas.

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay.
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
