There are four bedrooms (all with blackout curtains), four bathrooms (two en-suite), open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room, TV/media room with sofa bed, utility, plus an extra sitting room on the first floor. It offers unrivalled views of the channel and on a clear day, you can see the coast of France.
​Vast glass sliding doors span the dining and sitting area on the ground floor, leading out to a patio and shingle garden. The sea-facing rooms on the first floor feature glass doors and balconies, while the master bedroom on the top floor includes a spectacular tiered roof terrace, complete with fire pit and roof garden.
​ The Sea House is an escape from urban life and with its dramatic seas and dreamy sunsets, the setting never fails to inspire whatever the season.

The main entrance of the house is accessed via a private court yard, with studio building, outside shower and garden.

The ground floor has an open-plan kitchen, dining (seats 12), living area with a wood burning fire and sliding doors onto deck, garden and beach.

There is a media room with double sofa bed and downstairs cloakroom with shower.

Three bedrooms, one with a 5ft king, one with twin 3ft beds and family bathroom and laundry room, the third bedroom is sea facing with a 6ft super king, en-suite shower room and sliding door to glass balcony.

​Second Floor:

The Master bedroom suite is situated on the top floor. It has a 6ft super king, dressing area, en-suite shower room and sliding doors that lead onto a private roof terrace with fire.
