From the doorstep, take a short stroll into the centre of Bude, with a variety of amenities including shops, tennis courts, a swimming pool and leisure centre, and a selection of beautiful sandy beaches. Summerleaze Beach is 0.5 miles away and is a great place for rock pooling or even trying your luck at surfing, whilst Bude Sea Pool is great for swimming. Perfectly situated by the A39, you can tour both Devon and Cornwall, with days out including The Milky Way theme park, fishing villages of Boscastle and Port Issac, and numerous National Trust properties and walks, all within 26 miles.

With a cobbled street to the front of the property, this beautiful cottage is steeped in history and has been fully renovated with a contemporary and stylish finish. Enter through the front door and you’re welcomed by the cosy lounge area with a stone feature fireplace, a Smart TV and comfy sofas to relax on after a long day exploring. Leading through into the kitchen/diner, you’ll find everything you need, including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and washing machine. Enjoy an evening meal sitting on the benches or grab a quick bite to eat in the morning before heading out. To the rear of the property is a walk-in wet room, complete with a spacious shower and WC. A small cloakroom area is beside the back door, perfect for kicking off your shoes when returning from the beach. Moving upstairs, you’ll find a king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom, both lovingly furnished with walk-in wardrobe spaces and automatic lighting.

Heading outside, there is an enclosed garden with a private seating area, perfect for sipping your favourite tipple of an evening, or early morning coffee wake-up call. There’s plenty of storage space in the rear outhouse for surfboards, bodyboards, bikes and wetsuits. There is private parking to the rear for up to two cars, and an on-street parking space to the front of the property (subject to availability).
