Access to the property is via a set of 13 steps with handrails and on entering this delightful detached property, you are greeted with a light and airy hallway, the perfect place to hang coats or store sandy shoes after a day on the beach. From here, a staircase to the open-plan lounge where you can relax on the comfy sofas and enjoy stunning views across Broadsands to Torbay’s coastline and the horizon, while watching your favourite programme on the Smart TV/DVD with basic Sky package.

The well-equipped kitchen/diner has a Rangemaster oven and gas hob, American style fridge/freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, microwave and dishwasher, which is perfect for trying out new recipes or old family favourites. There is also a snug room on this level with Smart TV and games, making it perfect for children. Also, on this floor is one of the four bedrooms, a twin zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request).

A bespoke open tread staircase takes you to the second floor and into the master king-size bedroom with pool table. This room enjoys fantastic views from the three large Velux windows to the front of the property, and to the rear, feature floor to ceiling windows look out across the garden. There is an en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Heading back down both staircases to the ground floor are the remaining two bedrooms. The first is a king-size with an en-suite bathroom with a bath and WC and the second is a super-king-size (which can be made up as a twin on request). There is also a shower room with WC on this floor, which also houses the washing machine. The house has central heating throughout.

Venturing outside from the lounge and dining area, the large south facing furnished patio area is easily accessed. The enclosed garden has central stone steps that lead to two terraces, one of lawn and the second is a large decked area, which boasts panoramic views out to sea. The garden enjoys a sunny aspect with plentiful seating, and gas BBQ, making it the perfect place to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining, or a place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. There is off-road parking and further roadside parking at the front of the property.
