A charming balcony invites guests to enjoy the fresh sea air, and makes the perfect place to enjoy cups of freshly brewed coffee or evening drinks while watching the fishing boats that pass to and from the harbour, languidly glide across the water.

Quirky angles and cosy nooks add to the cottage’s character where a coast-inspired colour palette and comfortable furnishings create a welcoming space that inspires complete relaxation. Sleeping four guests, Cliff Cottage offers two lovely bedrooms and a family bathroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Outside there’s a private garden with a furnished decked area meaning plenty of outdoor space to entertain and unwind in.

Just a few minute’s walk from the cottage, Brixham’s breakwater is a lovely way to enjoy an afternoon stroll, and the harbour and town offer a fantastic selection of shops and eateries including several outstanding fish and chips restaurants.
