The cottage is just over a mile from the sea at West Bay, the stunning setting of the much-watched television series ‘Broadchurch’. The house, arranged over two floors, is tastefully furnished and decorated in a contemporary style and has an open plan ground floor with a modern fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area.

Ground floor: Hallway with cloakroom w.c.
Open plan living area with fitted kitchen, including electric oven and gas hob, microwave, larder fridge, (separate freezer also provided in under stairs cupboard) and dishwasher, dining table and lounge area with easy seating, Smart TV and DVD player.

First floor:
Bedroom 1 with a double bed and TV/DVD.
Bedroom 2 with 2′ 6″ twin beds.
Bathroom with bath, shower over bath and WC.

Outside
Partially enclosed garden and patio area with furniture. One step up to astro turfed area.

Off road parking for two cars.
