Three bedroom cottage near Bridport which is pet friendly and sleeps up to four guests making it perfect for small families or couples sharing. The cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a very good quality holiday property in a fabulous village location, just a short walk from the sea and coastal footpath. This attractive property retains all the charm of a traditional stone cottage with the convenience of a modern kitchen and bathroom. The accommodation is set out over three floors with an open-plan living area on the ground floor and bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The comfortable lounge area includes a wood burner, making this an ideal choice for cosy out of season breaks as well as family seaside holidays. A useful shed provides the perfect spot for muddy boots, sandy beach gear or secure cycle storage. There is an enclosed patio/garden at the front of the cottage and one well behaved dog is welcome.

Ground floor:
Open-plan living room with lounge seating, Wood burner, Smart TV, French doors to Patio area, Dining table to seat four guests.
Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge with icebox, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
First floor:
Bedroom 1 with two 3ft single beds. Please note the beamed ceiling height is approximately 6’1″.
Separate modern W.C.
Second floor:
Bedroom 2 with double bed (vaulted ceiling).
Family bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin and W.C.

Outside
Enclosed patio/garden with furniture. Storage shed with tumble dryer, also ideal for muddy boots, sandy beach gear or secure cycle storage.

Parking
Off-road parking for two cars. One space next to the property and one in front of cottage (reduced patio seating if used).

Included: Bed linen and towels included (not beach towels), electric heating and initial basket of logs provided (October to April), Wifi available.
