Entering the cottage, you’ll find an open-plan living area with superb sea views through its floor-to-ceiling windows, and patio doors that open out onto the garden. This room has comfortable seating and a Smart TV/DVD. The dining area with circular table provides a relaxing place to enjoy meals, whilst you can continue to marvel at the magnificent sea just beyond. Further in, the kitchen has a cooker with gas hob and double electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a central island with breakfast bar.
The fully tiled bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC. There is also a separate shower room with WC. The first charming bedroom is a superb double with a super-king-size bed and lovely sea views with French doors opening on to the terrace featuring table and chairs.
The second, a lovely double bedroom also with a super-king-size bed and a French door ,offers glimpses of the sea – this door gives direct access to the terrace and garden. The third is a lovely twin bedroom. There is a plentiful wardrobe space and a French-style single daybed in the living area which can be used to accommodate an extra guest for an additional cost.
Outside, the cottage has a private walled and fenced garden with stunning sea views. Garden furniture including padded, reclining sun loungers are provided so that meals can be enjoyed alfresco. Steps lead down from the garden, allowing access to the promenade. Off-road parking is provided for two cars on the shared driveway. Guests can access the beach by walking down the lane from the drive.
