Two bedroom pet friendly holiday home near Bexhill on Sea in Sussex with easy access to the beach, sleeps four ideal for families or friends on coastal breaks.

The property is accessed via 16 wide shallow steps. You enter the property into the welcoming hallway and head through into the light and airy lounge. Enjoy relaxing on one of the two comfortable sofas, watching your favourite programmes on the TV and DVD player. Heading through to the kitchen/diner, the dining area has comfortable seating for everyone to kick back in and wait for those delicious family meals that are being whipped up in the kitchen.

Said kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feed the troops with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Heading back into the hallway you will find two bedrooms: a king-size with a Smart TV and a twin bedroom. Leading off from the kitchen is a delightful conservatory with two rattan chairs which are the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee in the sunshine with the pooch. Also housed here is a handy washing machine and tumble dryer. The property is completed with a wet room comprising a shower and WC.

Outside, is a large enclosed garden to enjoy with table and chairs and a large lawned area to the side of the house which is perfect for outdoor games and has a children’s Wendy house, complete with toys – great for summer entertaining.

• Departure: before 10:00, unless otherwise stated in your arrival details
• 1 dog allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
• There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £25. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.
