This self-catering pet friendly cottage in Berrynarbor sleeps up to 6 and is close to Ilfracombe on the North Devon coast. The cottage has recently been completely restored retaining its original character and includes wood burning stoves and underfloor heating making it ideal for year round short breaks. The cottage is located close to the sandy beaches of Croyde and Woolacombe plus the North Devon coastal path which is a favourite with keen walkers.

ACCOMMODATION
Steps up along gated pathway from the lane to the front porch.

Cosy Sitting Room with three sofas, original fireplace with wood burner stove, wall sockets with USB charging ports, TV with Amazon Fire Stick and DVD and sound bar with bluetooth connection for smart phones/tablets etc.

Dining Room with seating for 6 and gas woodburner style stove set in inglenook fireplace.

Modern Kitchen with range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave combi oven and farmhouse table and chairs.

Wet Room with walk in shower, hand basin and WC.

Utility Room with butler sink and washing machine.

First Floor:

Charming Master Bedroom with king size 5ft bed, TV/DVD and radio/CD player.

Twin Bedroom with two 3ft single beds TV/DVD and radio/CD player.

Single Bedroom with 3ft single bed and TV/DVD and radio/CD player.

Family Bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin and WC.

OUTSIDE
French doors from kitchen to paved patio to the front of the property with table, chairs, barbecue and lovely valley views. Door from first floor landing to rear paved terrace with an area of astro turf style grass and garden table and chairs.

PARKING
Plenty in front of cottage on lane.

Included: Bed linen, towels, travel cot, high chair, stair gate, dog crate. Electricity, heating and complimentary basket of logs in winter.
Pets: Up to two well behaved dog/s welcome. Pet Charge: £30.00 per pet per week.
No telephone, mobile reception good. WiFi available.
Local Facilities: Shop/Post Office, pub and restaurant – 0.5 mile. Combe Martin beach – 2 miles. Hele Bay – 2.5 miles. Croyde and Woolacombe beaches – 25 minute drive. More shops, pubs and restaurants in Combe Martin less than 2 miles away. Ilfracombe – 4 miles. Golf Course – 2 miles. Swimming pool – 3.5 miles.
Please note: There are some uneven and narrow steps to the side of the property leading up to the rear terrace which may not be suitable for the eldery or those with mobility concerns. The rear terrace can also be accessed from within the cottage.
