From hallway, straight into Kitchen diner, table seating 8, large island with breakfast bar and stools. Rangemaster cooker with 5 ring gas burner, microwave, dishwasher, 2 under counter fridges, door into porch to rear garden.
Living room, log burner, two 2 seater sofas, 2 armchairs, TV with skybox. Patio style doors through too,
Conservatory, coffee table and seating for 4. Doors out on to terrace.
Study, with desk and chair.
Utility room, washing machine and dryer, under counter freezer, sink, hooks and wall mounted clothes airer.
