A chic single-storey property situated overlooking 3 miles of golden sand and sea on Perranporth Beach, this is the ideal location for an active holiday for families or for a group of friends who want to be on the beach. The beach is within easy reach of the property which is ideal for families with children and people with beach gear or water sports equipment. For walkers, the South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep. When you’ve had your fill of the beach, there are several attractions nearby such as Lappa Valley (7.5 miles), the National Trust’s Trerice Historic House and Gardens (9 miles) and coastal viewpoints such as St Agnes Head (5 miles) along the St Agnes Heritage Coast.

This is an elegant apartment, beautifully appointed and with three separate balconies from which to enjoy panoramic views over the beach, dunes and coastline. The spacious, open-plan living area has a range of comfortable seating from which to watch the Smart TV and the floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors leading out onto the balcony will help make those memorable sunset moments live long in the memory. The kitchen and dining area are equipped to dine in style. Of the three bedrooms, one is a super-king-size with a separate dressing room, a private balcony with a bistro set and sea views, and an en-suite shower room with WC. There are two further bedrooms – a super-king with a private balcony and a bistro set with sea views, and a twin bedroom. A bathroom and a separate cloakroom also feature as part of this distinctive beach property.

Outside, there are of course the balconies and also there is a shared garden with a tap for washing down beach equipment.

  • Allocated parking space in a shared car park. Allocated Parking (space no. 16) for 1 car provided in communal parking area. There is a permit in the property that will need to be displayed in the car within 15 minutes of arrival after which the parking company can issue a PCN. Please remember to return the permit prior to your departure for the next visitor. Additional public parking available
