Trevone Bay is just metres away, and is home to the famous Round Hole in the cliffs just north of the beach. The popular Trevose Golf and Country Club is 3 miles south-west, while keen birdwatchers might spot cormorants, razorbills and kittiwakes. Heading east, Padstow is 2.5 miles away and is home to a bustling harbour and some famous seafood restaurants, and makes a great base for boat trips and water sports.

Entering the property, head up to the first floor where you will find the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner/snug. The sociable lounge makes an ideal space for everyone to get together, unwind, chat about the day or watch a favourite movie on the Smart TV. The central dining space is perfect for gathering around to share a fantastic family meal or a celebratory dinner, which you can prepare in the stylishly designed kitchen which has sleek worktops, an island with extra seating and a wealth of useful equipment. There’s also a lovely snug area with seating and sea views. Returning to the ground floor, there’s a handy additional lounge with a Smart TV and a 6’ pool table, along with a sofa bed. This room makes a great playroom for younger guests. This floor has the first three of the property’s five bright and welcoming bedrooms. The first is a super-king-size room with plenty of storage, a TV and an elegant en-suite bathroom. The second is a cosy twin room, and the third is a king-size room. The ground floor also has a handy utility room and a shower room. The two final bedrooms are on the second floor: a triple room with three single beds, and a king-size room. These rooms share a shower room.

Heading outside, the property has a lovely front lawn and a decked area to the back. Featuring a relaxing hot tub and plenty of garden furniture, the decked area makes a great space for sitting back on a sunny afternoon and dining alfresco. There’s also a handy outside shower and a BBQ, as well as plenty of storage space for wetsuits and bodyboards.
