Fabulous four bedroom holiday home sleeping 9 just moments from the beach at Holywell Bay in North Cornwall. The house allows pets and is set into the dunes just a short stroll from the bay.

Architecturally designed and bursting with features that lend luxury and light to the interior, this lovely home is set over two floors with a fresh and modern decor that compliments the surrounding beach-scape. Exuding a sophisticated yet laid-back ease throughout, there are four fantastic bedrooms, three bathrooms (two of which are en suite) and a large open plan living / dining area meaning plenty of airy space for nine guests to languish in.

Magnificent views reaching over the surrounding dunes and out to sea can be enjoyed from three of the bedrooms as well as from the living area, lending an ‘away from it all’ quality to the home; and glass doors flowing out on to a large balcony make it the perfect place for relaxing in the morning sunshine or for fresh air entertaining. Generously equipped with modern appliances and utensils, the kitchen makes whipping up anything from a cheffy three course meal to a Ploughman’s lunch a cinch, and the hours can then be whiled away immersed in conversation before heading to one of the gorgeous bedrooms for a deliciously deep night’s sleep.

Being so close to the beach and having its own garden means this property is pretty much perfect for guests who have their four-legged friends in tow, and there’s plenty to keep their owners busy too; with an 18 hole golf course and two pubs nearby as well as the South West Coastal path and the attractions of Newquay also being within easy reach.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £200 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
Pets: 2 pets allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go into any of the bedrooms.
Number of steps: 4 external steps, 1 flight of stairs to the upstairs living space and a few steps downstairs to the bedrooms
Type of heating: Central heating
Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay.
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
Wood Burner: Wood is not provided, if guests wish to use this they will need to supply their own wood.
Coffee Machine: Cafetiere
Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.

Situated on the first floor, the kitchen is large and open plan with the dining area, and features a breakfast bar, double electric fan assisted oven, gas hob, microwave, American style fridge freezer and a dishwasher
A range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils is provided as well as smaller appliances that include a cafetiere, toaster and kettle

Utility Room
A separate utility room with door access to the back garden is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and a sink

Dining Room/Area
Situated on the first floor and incorporated into the lounge, this room features a large table with seating for nine as well as fantastic views and access out to the terrace

Master Bedroom
The spacious master suite is situated on the ground floor and has direct access to the garden as well as wonderful views. Featuring its own bathroom with separate bath tub, it is furnished with a king-size bed and walk in wardrobes
The room also has a flat screen television with Freeview, bedside tables with lamps, a mirror and a dressing table

Bedroom Two (sleeps up to 3 guests)
Situated on the ground floor this room has wonderful views of Holywell Bay. Light and spacious with direct access to the garden
Furnished with a king size bed and *a single sofa bed suitable for one extra guest only (please advise at time of booking if this is needed). It also has a flat screen television with Freeview and a DVD player, bedside tables with lamps, and a full length mirror

Situated on the ground floor this double room has lovely views and access to the garden and features a king-size bed, chest of drawers, free-standing wardrobe with shelves and hanging space, and bedside tables with lamps

Outside
Two large gardens laid to lawn (one at the back of the house and one to the front) are both private and secure with steps and a gate at the front leading directly to the path that leads down to the beach
Upstairs on the first floor there is a private terrace accessed through glass doors leading out from the living area, which is furnished with a table, chairs and a BBQ
There are wonderful views from both the balcony and the front garden
The property also has an outside shower and a board store, as well as a rotary line for drying beach towels and wetsuits

Parking
Private parking for three cars can be found at the back of the property with steps leading straight into the rear garden
