The centre of Sheringham – with its shops, cafes, restaurants, and theatre – is within 300 metres, or you can hop on the Poppy Line – a heritage steam railway – to the Georgian town of Holt (6 miles). Sheringham is in the middle of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty filled with walks, wildlife and delicious food experiences. Wander the coastal path to Cromer (5 miles) or head west to Blakeney (9 miles) to see the grey seal colony and enjoy the numerous bird reserves along this stretch of coast.
Step off the promenade and into the open-plan ground floor, with a contemporary fitted kitchen and small breakfast bar with two chairs. The end of the room has a light-filled living space with a pair of sofas, a TV and entertainment area, and floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides with stunning sea views and patio doors leading out to the wrap-around balcony. A spiral staircase leads down to the lower ground floor, which has a double bedroom with a TV, and a shower room with a WC. Another spiral staircase leads up to the first floor, which has a double bedroom with a TV and an en-suite shower room, along with patio doors leading to an enclosed veranda. Underfloor heating throughout ensures a cosy stay all year round.
The first-floor balcony has a bistro table and two chairs, so guests can enjoy meals and drinks alfresco – while drinking in those glorious views.
