Victorian terraced holiday home in Bantham, one of four with views of the Avon estuary and Burgh Island, sleeps 7 in 3 bedrooms, parking and WiFi included. The cottage is within walking distance of one of the best beaches in the South West.

Accommodation
Hallway with coat hooks and boot storage.
Shower room with shower and butler’s sink. Adjoining separate WC with basin in vanity unit.
Open plan ground floor living space, with living room featuring large bay window making the most of the superb views, furnished with sofa and armchairs, window seat, small TV with DVD.
Dining area with large extending table to comfortably seat 8, fitted utility cupboard housing a washing machine and tumble dryer. Cupboard of books and games.
Kitchen area with ceramic hob and built-under electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer.
Front hallway with porch and access to the front garden.
Stairs to the first landing.
First floor: Bedroom 1: King size 5ft bed, built in wardrobes, beautiful views of the estuary and Burgh Island.
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds, built in wardrobe and shelves.
Family bathroom with bath and shower over, wash basin and WC.
Door to further stairs leading to the second floor :
Bedroom 3: Open plan bedroom with dual aspect velux windows, fitted cupboards and vanity unit, twin 3ft beds, one with 3ft pull-out bed beneath.

Please note if you have received the benefit of a reduced occupancy discount, only one bedroom will be made up (King bedroom or Twin bedroom).

Outside
Steps lead down from the parking bay lead to the rear entrance.
Enclosed area with a washing line.
At the front of the villa a level area of lawn is provided with bench, garden table and chairs. The enclosed garden slopes with natural stone steps down over two terraces bordered by shrubs with a gate at the end of the lower lawn giving direct access to the lane that leads down to the estuary and quayside.

Parking
For one car in off road parking bay at the rear of the house.
