This accommodation is over three floors and offers three bedrooms for six guests. On the first floor is one double with a TV and en-suite shower room with WC, one double with a TV and estuary views. On the second floor is one twin and a snug lounge area with TV/DVD which is approached via steep stairs.
The family bathroom, which is located on the ground floor, has a shower over bath and WC and an additional WC is located outside. The comfortable lounge has a TV and Blu-Ray DVD and another separate snug/lounge has a TV/DVD and coal effect gas fire.
The dining room, which seats six, has an original ornamental period fireplace (non-working) and the well-equipped kitchen, should you choose to stay in and cook, has an electric cooker and gas hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The utility room, which is located outside in an external shed, has a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. There is also a handy outside loo available too.
Outside the property is a wonderful enclosed south-facing paved courtyard garden with furniture and a BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining long into the warm Devon evenings. There is free roadside parking steps from the cottage when available and a public car park close by.
