Neyland is on the north side of the River Cleddau and Milford Haven estuary in Pembrokeshire, Wales. Neyland has a wonderful marina with a sparkling waterfront called Brunel Quay and is renowned for its sailing and water-sports. Around the waterfront there are some great properties that overlook the waterway, as well as some buzzing bars, cafes, a promenade and a picnic area. Neyland has a great cycling route, the Brunel Cycleway, which was formed from the old railway line and there is a nature reserve close by.

There is also a slipway beach here composed of shingle and mud which is great for water-sports but for proper sandy beaches there is Barafundle Bay, Marloes Sands, Saundersfoot Beach and Tenby, which are all easy to reach thanks to the Cleddau Bridge that links Neyland to Pembroke Dock, thus opening up a whole range of fabulous destinations and resorts.
