Mundesley is a charming little seaside resort in the North of Norfolk near Sheringham that nestles into ambrosia countryside and cliffs which shelter a long, exquisite beach not far from Wells Next the Sea. The village is compact and offers a high street with lots of amenities including shops, pubs and a tearoom. There is even a windmill, lighthouse and museum to visit. The highlight is definitely the beach that is mostly sandy but does have some shingle in parts. It is patrolled by lifeguards in the summer and has good facilities.
