Large semi-detached house in Morfa Bychan with views over the Porthmadog golf course ideal for groups or families with children exploring North Wales.... |
The village of Morfa Bychan lies on the Llyn Peninsula in Gwynedd, North Wales. The village is best known for its stunning beach, Black Rock Sands, a fabulous broad sandy bay with rocky outcrops at one end and sand dunes at the other. This is an area of special scientific interest and you can see why when the tide recedes and reveals creature filled rock pools and multi-coloured rocks and caverns. The local village has plenty to keep you entertained with a supermarket, fish bar, gift shop and a pub, and there are a few restaurants serving quality food.
The kids will enjoy the playground, while the adults might relish the odd round at the local golf club. What the village lacks in attractions it more than makes-up for in outdoor activities including riding, cycling and a host of water sports, most notably surfing. The self-catering Morfa Bychan cottages listed here are just a small selection of the many Welsh coastal holiday cottages advertised on Beachlets and include pet friendly cottages which can be booked with the property manager online.
