Charlestown is a World Heritage stone and white-washed harbour town in South Cornwall that has escaped the commercialisation inflicted on some of the neighbouring resorts like St Austell and Mevagissey. Charlestown still has a working harbour, exporting china clay and has a bustling charm with lots to entertain a regular crowd in the summer months.
