Aberaeron is a very pretty coastal resort between Aberystwyth and Cardigan in Ceredigion, West Wales. The village has a picturesque harbour that is lined by rows of colourful waterfront houses and cottages and the centre offers a mix of fabulous shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. The surrounding area hides great cycling routes, coastal footpaths and the local Leisure Centre provides excellent sports facilities so there is always plenty to keep you active and entertained.
Aberaeron offers a choice of two shores, South Beach, which has granular sand and North Beach, which is rockier. Both have parking but not many facilities but they are close enough to the village where there are toilets, shops and eateries.
