Whitstable West Beach

Between Whitstable and Seasalter on the Kent Coast is Whitstable West Beach, popular with windsurfers and sailors the beach is covered with shingle and has wooden groynes installed at intervals the length of the beach. This quirky beach is the ideal spot for romantics as it faces west making it the perfect place to catch a magical sunset with plenty of seaside cottages to rent near the beach. There are beach huts for hire and a yacht club at the northern end of the beach and the facilities include cafes, toilets and a pub located right on the beachfront.
