Nefyn Beach

Nefyn Beach is a long sandy bay that lies on the north coast of the Llyn Peninsula in Gwynedd. It is protected by a beautiful headland and is renowned for its crystal-clear waters, rock pools and scenic views over the Rival Mountains. Water sport enthusiasts of all genres flock to Nefyn Beach to engage in everything from surfing to wave jumping.

Above the beach there are a few whitewashed cottages, some beach huts and a carpark with toilets. There is no beach café but the nearby town of Porthdinllaen, at the top of the beach, has a great pub. Dogs restrictions apply from Easter to the end of September.
