Llandudno Beach

Llandudno Beach is most loved for its vast expanse of golden sand, rock pools and long Victorian pier. This is a perfect family beach as there is so much entertainment, on and off the pier, including donkey rides Punch and Judy shows and amusements. The promenade at Llandudno even has a children’s paddling pool.

Sailing and windsurfing are popular water sports here and swimming is relatively safe, but there is no lifeguard cover and when the tide is out the water can be half a mile away from the shore. The beach facilities are basic but include deck chair hire, a cafe, toilets with disabled access and parking.
