Breakwater Beach is a small award winning pebble beach in Brixham. It has a great atmosphere and is popular with families. The sea is calm and safe and the water quality is so high that it is a designated zone for scuba diving and snorkelling.
Facilities include a lost child centre, deckchair hire, lifeguards, toilets, a beach cafe, shops and a great pub with views over the bay. There are two car parks with disabled bays, disabled toilets and disabled access to the beach. Dogs are banned between May and October.
