Whitsand Bay

Whitsand Bay lies at the foot of a dramatic set of remote and rugged cliffs in South East Cornwall. It is made up of miles of stunning fine golden sand that form four of East Cornwall’s best beaches.

Constantine Bay Beach

Backed by dunes this popular west-facing beach enjoys very clean water and is popular surfers and families with kids with plenty of rock pools to explore.

Fistral Beach

Fistral Beach is located in Fistral Bay, North Cornwall just under a kilometre from the popular resort of Newquay in South West England. A venue for various surfing events with recorded wave heights of up to 12m formed off a reef at the north end of the beach known as the Cribbar. This large sandy beach offers a host of facilities and is well suited to surfers, families and dog walkers.

Porthcurno Beach

When Porthcurno comes into view it simply takes your breath away. It’s something to do with the white sand meets turquoise water combination. Photos just don’t do it justice. This is a cove that is sheltered by rocky outcrops on both sides and is surprisingly never crowded thanks to being tucked away out of sight.

Polzeath Beach

Polzeath Beach is well known for its mellow surfing conditions, large range of beach facilities including cafes, hire shops, parking and access for the disabled. If you prefer to watch rather than to play you may even spot the odd dolphin or seal mixing it up with the bobbing board riders.

Sennen Beach

Sennen Beach is the closest beach to Lands End (the most westerly point in Britain) and perhaps the most loved by surfers and families. This has to do with its high quality waves, soft golden sand, great facilities and some of the most fascinating and abundant wildlife and sea life to be found in Cornwall.

Kingsand Beach

Kingsand Beach sits in front of Kingsland village and faces Plymouth Sound, offering a beautiful seascape, although it almost disappears in high tide. There is a mix of sand and shingle with rock pools and the beach is divided into two areas by some large rocks.

Crackington Haven Beach

Crackington Haven Beach nestles into the surrounding hills and cliffs and offers the most fabulous views over the sea and beyond.

Crantock Beach

Crantock Beach is an idyllic broad beach of fine golden sand, perfect waves and wild dunes. It is hard to understand why this beach never receives more acclaim, although it could be because the high tide covers a lot of the shore and access to the beach is via sandy dunes.

Cawsand Bay

This pretty little sheltered beach is a mix of sand and shingle and reveals some rocks and rock pools at low tide. The water is clean and very safe for all to enjoy a bathe and the surrounding countryside is lush woodland.
